Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of oils or contaminants.

Mixing

Mix thoroughly before use. Stir to remove settled solids at the bottom of the container.

Application Methods

Brush:

Use product undiluted. Ideal for touch-ups or small areas.

Spray:

Dilution:
By Volume: 2 parts 3830 : 1 part MEK
By Weight: 1:1
Optional: Replace 10–15% of MEK with Diacetone Alcohol (DAA) for slower evaporation.
Spray Equipment:
Pressure: 2 to 2.5 bar
Nozzle: 1.0–1.5 mm
Use paddle-agitated tank systems for production
Suction-cup spray guns suitable for small prototype batches
Recommended coating thickness: 7–20 µm

Drying

Cleaning

Use MIBK, MEK, ethyl acetate, or butyl acetate to clean masks, tools, and spray equipment.

Typical Applications

Storage

Store between 5°C to 30°C. Ensure container is tightly sealed after each use.
